World Oral Health Day 2021:Be Proud of Your Mouth

Good oral health can help you live a longer, healthier life.

Visit your dentist twice a year, for prevention, early detection of dental and medical problems and treatment.

Early dental visit is recommended for children.

Eat a balanced, low sugar diet.

Engage in regular exercise.

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Practice a good oral hygiene routine.

Brush your teeth in the morning and last thing at night.

Use fluoride-containing toothpaste.

Brush for three minutes.

Change your toothbrush before three (3) months.

Stay safe and healthy.
